Tenant list for Diamond Jamboree shopping center

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Most fast food pads in Asian Retail center or town will eventually close and some sort of Hong Kong or Thai cafe style dining (not cuisine) will eventually inherit the small footprint with a very limited kitchen area.

Yup, I'm tired of all those Irvine plazas where the trees cover up the business signs. I can't wait for this center to open. It's closer to where I live than the center on Walnut/Jeffrey.

Man, I'm excited about this place. Hopefully things don't close at 9 like the rest of Irvine A couple places that I will DEFINITELY visit:

1. Beard Papa's

2. Ajisen Ramen

3. CeFiore (better than Pinkberry IMO)

4. Guppy's

As an aside, BCD Tofu generally isn't very good. In college, the only reason we went to BCD was because they were open 24hrs/day. Kaju in the Walnut/Jeffrey plaza has excellent soon-du-bu (korean tofu soup/stew).

Capital Seafood recently received a “c” rating from LA County Health but the loyal patrons kept going there anyway.

Many times, C-rated places have better food than A-Rated places. Most of the times, these are hole-in-the-wall restaurants with more authentic food. I hope they have better dim sum than China Garden (((shudder))).
