Suze Orman on the Fed Funds Rate

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program

Yeah, she was finally ready to out herself last year...Suze Orman Comes Out | AfterEllen.com

This quote explains one of the reasons why she did so...the put a face on the inequality of tax law regarding gays and their long time partners.

In reaction to Orman's coming-out, numerous media outlets have focused on her statements regarding her inability to legally marry her partner and the financial repercussions of that status. "Both of us have millions of dollars in our name," Orman told the New York Times Magazine. "It's killing me that upon my death, K.T. is going to lose 50 percent of everything I have to estate taxes. Or vice versa."

No such thing as gay "spouses" in federal tax law. It's too early to go into this topic right now.

But thanks Suze for having the courage to finally do this.

I haven't replied because I haven't had enough time to think about it, but here goes anyway........

There are a lot of 'social engeneering' inequities that are dispriportinately spread to married couples with children. And this is one of them.

Who'd of thought Suze is a former motorcycle racer?

I've been watching her for a couple of weeks on and off because the teasers have been interesting and she's starting to grow on me.

Maybe what we need is Dr. Laura.
