Haha, I really wasn't thinking there. I'd expect that statistic to be grossly under-reported, if at all. I assume all of that takes place via front-services (call-in agencies), as opposed to street solicitation?
Back in college, I remember cities that are home to college campuses prefer to report crime statistics EXCLUDING the campus. Most campuses have elevated burglary/theft rates, but much lower violent/assault/homicide rates, so it seems like a balance. I think public universities are obligated by law to publish available (campus) crime statistics, though they can be hard to find.
A former USC student told me USC has a lower on-campus crime rate than UCLA, though she was quick to qualify 'on-campus' as being the campus proper, and none of the adjacent surroundings.
