You can also buy Lotto tickets at the 7-11 on Deerfield and Culver and at most of the grocery stores.

Some of the gas stations quickie marts have them too.

There is a SECOND (gasp!) 7-11 being built in Irvine... on the corner of Sand Canyon and Irvine Center Drive.

I remember the one on Culver even used to have stand-up video games... HaDoKen!

I should add I only buy lottery tickets from a liquor store in Costa Mesa on 17th Street that has a huge banner proclaiming the previous winners.  I don't know the name, but you can't miss it.  That stretch of road between Irvine Ave and Newport Blvd is pretty much where I do all of my shopping and eating.  If I must go to Target, I'll go to the one on Harbor.  For some reason, I never shop in Irvine.
