So it's now for sure that they browse TI.

I'm sure some, if not many of our new TI members are TIC or builder plants. That's okay with me...the more the merrier. It would be nice if they would be willing to identify themselves.

It looks like TIC has redirected those secret links to their regular Portola Springs homepage, except for San Marino, which is public.

Can anybody share what the pages were before they were taken down?

Any signs of driveways and curbs or is it more motorcourts?

Actually... the 4 neighborhoods were more like holding pages, no pictures or information about square footage, prices or bedroom counts.

Also with regards to sink next to laundry - if you have kids, especially newborns, it is nice to pre-wash the dirty clothes before throwing them into the wash.

I wonder what the price point will be on these, it is getting close to moving time for us (summer)

Where were the 'hoods going to be?  I thought north/south enclaves were being built out.
The first four were for Stonegate (even though the URL had Portola Springs in it).

The last one in Woodbury is the area next to Sonoma also near Carmel II... probably the last SFR 'hood in Woodbury.

The starting price for San Marino is in the Mid 900,000's.  I don't think these are zero-lot lines b/c there is a ground floor window on both sides of almost every plan.

The models are almost partly done.  They are right across from the pocket park.

There is a lot of lots left it that area, so i wonder if its just going to be carmel and san marino or is one other tract possible?

I believe there is one more tract that is closest to Trabuco. At least this is what was told to be by the people at Sonoma.

Will these be zero lots like Sonoma?  Again, no windows in the kitchen areas (fresh air ventilation is nice near cooking areas) and no TV wall.  I wish we have the option to get rid of the fireplace in favor of a TV wall.. I bet alot of Chinese families will use the California Room as the "Wok" Room.

I think the Chinese families will use the California Room as their money counting room.  Perfect for the Chinese New Year.
