1. QH is more centrally located to places I visit more (beach, Spectrum, South Coast)
2. QH has more homes with elevated views, I think PS only has some Serra homes with any real view.
3. QH has more local infrastructure (shopping, elem school) for now
4. QH is a bit cooler than PS being less inland and closer to the ocean.
But if I were to choose between WB and PS, I would probably go for PS. Although I like all the amenities in WB, I prefer the slight elevation of PS, however the higher MRs and HOAs hurts the pocketbook.
