Thanks again.  I assumed recessed lighting could be done with a contractor, but makes sense what you list.
I'd probably do the upgrade of bedroom rather than a den, and of course a shower (where it's listed as optional).
I also saw that some doors are optional.  I never thought a door would be optional.  I'd definitely get the door though.
I married my man but do not need to see his business from the bedroom.

Don't opt for the Den, that just means they won't install a door.  Or you can have pocket doors for another 1000  I think.  I rather just leave it as a bedroom and use it as a Den.

Optional doors are the privacy door between the master bath and the bedroom...some people don't care for it.  And instead of hollow doors, you can get solid core doors.  Little better on the sound proofing.

I did lighting, kitchen countertop upgrade and appliance package through the builder.  Bathroom counters were just outrageous on the pricing.  Appliance package I priced out outside of the builder it was $2K more so I said i'll just do it.  to run electrical for the recessed lighting outside of the builder would cost about the same as it would through the builder.

If you get a good designer at the design center, they'll be upfront with you about what each option is.  Ask ALOT of questions...i mean ALOT.  Don't be pressured into making decisions at that specific design appointment, just as long as you decide before your due date you're fine.
