are u kidding me? do u know how much a home on forbes street cost?? most cmu/pitt students dont drive so they have to live near the school... the falling apart super small 1200 sq ft townhome we rented cost at LEAST 500k built in like the god damn 1920's... its like that everywhere at any school... we think irvine is bad... lol we have no idea man... NO idea...
actually i have a friend of a friend whos partnering up with morgan stanley to do just that... pin pointing areas near schools and negotiating with schools to buy out surrounding properties (i remember they were telling me lots of schools actually have restrictions so not everybody can buy homes arnd schools or something... i dunno...)

what is this graphix you are talking? when i upset i look at graphics on the fap nation from the face book. den i go to lawn with no pants and do the tai chi with my eyes close. but i am not really doing the tai chi but i moving the hand in my mind like i am touching to graphix on the fap nation. you know, like follow the lady curves. after 5 minute ooh i am so the turned on. all my neighbor, the ladies think i am doing real tai chi and they think that is why my manhood is so powerful when i do the fake tai chi. my wife know the truth, but she not say and not tell them. she like the compliment and attention our neighbor give her. they say ooh you must be happy wife, and give her thumbs up.

if given a choice on where to put my "fun" money for investment, i dont think id buy in irvine... i would probably buy in asia where id potentially get a lot more ROI then any property here... entry cost is like much lower too... like 25-50k for a unit, all cash... irvines too pricey and ive always seen it as a safe haven for middle class ppl, so its always been a conservative buy in my eyes... irvines entry cost is also 25k-50k but thats JUST for the god damn 20% downpayment =_=... in asia id probalby buy in like an emerging "lower" class... bleh... but thats all just talk and no cock cause i dont have any extra cash... this fucking san remo is expensive man... shit...

most of my classmates that had new cars were snobs from jersey... the new york kids mostly kept it real and drove their old car down haha... i bummed from em or walked... walking honestly wasnt the best experience... i think i developed snow-phobia afterwards 4 years of that lol... the salt from the snow eats into the jeans n then u think ur fine, but once ur indoors the snow melts and gets into ur socks n then ud have to spend 6 hrs in wet socks... now that i think about it, i wonder why i never just kept a pair of dry socks in my book bag when i went to class... lol damn im retarded >_<

checked out Laguna Altura again this past Saturday - for the new "view" park. So glad we did not choose LA because we were reminded how noisy this whole community can get. I cannot imagine buying a house and forced to shut off my windows all the time because the noise from 405 and 133 are so deafening. Frankly even if it is free, I will not live this close to the freeways. Only hobos live this close to freeways.
