Riverbend question

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
[quote author="marty mcfly" date=1189046225]bkshopr -- you know a lot about urban planning, development, architecture, and tract homes. But your diatribe on why Chapman students are more likely to commit rape is totally bonkers.</blockquote>

Actually, I can see exactly what he is saying. I went to CSUF for my junior and senior years as well as my MBA. It is completely fragmented, most people work (especially those who attend at night), and I was lucky to know a few people in each class, even by the END of the program.

My little brother went to UCSB. I don't think anyone would argue against it being a frat/sorrority/party school. It is because it has all of the same qualities that bkshopr mentioned (rich kids away from home, social scene, night life, frats/sorrorities).

So... I wouldn't call his theories bonkers at all.
