Not with my HOA! With <b>my</b> HOA you have to keep the <b>exact same</b> bland colors your house was painted with - including trim and roof. One woman did get a variance to paint her door burgundy - the architectural review board must have been in a lenient mood that day.
Of course given the small size of lots and strict HOA rules, that will be one very tiny garden and you can choose whatever color of your home you want as long it is bland
