Renter Credit / Criminal Check

I'm in the process of renting out my house while I'm being moved to a new duty station. I want to hold onto the house for the long term and I think that if I follow the basic intelligent steps, I stand a good chance of getting a decent renter. I've spoken with several property managers and done a fair bit of reading so I feel comfortable with the steps I've taken.



Here's my question - which is the best company (or website) to use to check a couple of credit applications? I'm looking for credit check / criminal record check / rental issue check. There seems to be a zillion choices and I want to keep it simple and safe.
