+1 for JW/SGIP. We refinanced with him and had a great experience.
~1 for Amerisave. We refinanced with them, and the rate is exceptional, experience not so much. Took a million years to close, and needed a hundred thousand documentations.
Just like with other things, you kinda get what you pay for.  Amerisave has the best rates out there but you pay for it in terms of service issues and slowness.

Yes! We locked in almost the bottom rate, and were able to close in the end.. guess that's what matters :)
USC, you deal with commercial real estate too?
Yup, I've done a few commercial real estate deals over the past few years.  Used to work on commercial real estate financing side so I know it like the back of my hand.  I also have friends/contacts in the banking/commercial real estate world so I can get good info with a phone call.  Wanting to get more info on anything in particular?

Amerisave delayed my closing by almost 2 weeks but they do have the lowest rates.. would not use them again, at least not for a purchase..
a week after closing date they were still asking me for documents that I've submitted 3-4 weeks ago. I got fed up and had a very nasty conversation with my processor's supervisor, 20 mins later I get a call from my processor that my account was ready to close. I should have called 2 weeks earlier...

Another big thank you to SGIP...

A recent client was helped by his expertise in closing on a property at a very competitive price point.
We got the buyer in at a price $8K lower than the last (recent) closed comparable and outcompeted some higher offers based on the listing agent having had great experience with him in the past. Buyer is ecstatic about the home and the loan.

Bill is the only one who knows anything at that company.  Everyone else are just mindless drones.
