Question about Tustin field

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Bumper to bumper traffic noise at 8am and 5pm is no big deal... you are usually awake or in that noise.

2am or even 6am 80mph freeway noise (esp big rigs) is something people don't factor in.

Freeway > main road > non-main street

Thanks for information.
I've lived another side of I-5 in Irvine so didn't know how busy Alton is.
I grew up in high rise next to busy shore drive so I think I am pretty comfortable with white noise.
But I am more worried about any pollutant from highway.
I checked and It is about 700 feet to 405.
It is suggested not to live within 500 feet to major freeway so it's pretty close.
There is nursery ? next between 405 and Oak Creek so it might help.

Yeah it's expensive. Little above my price range.
Though it's older, it is a nice house and I know the neighborhood is popular.
But I rather be closer to I-5 which I use to commute.
Not sure why it is classified as a single house since it says there is 2 common walls.

I'll have a single story 3-bed home in Northwood listing coming up in Feb around $1.4m if you are interested. The home has no HOA and no Mello Roos and was renovated about 10 years ago. Let me know if you want more info on it.

Thank you for the information.
Yes, Northwood is one of my interest area.
I am actually following your posts about listings.
I am still overseas but could visit anytime if anything serious comes up.
