<p>706 Park lane is a street one block north of Floral Park separated by the Santiago Creek River Bed. It is not in Floral Park. Just a half block north of this property are the Shea McMansions selling for 1.4 millions. The community of Floral Park banned Shea from using the name and ruining the reputation of Floral Park. You can see the Shea homes from the glass sound wall next to the 22 fwy/ 5 fwy transition.</p>

ns2524 - Can I assume that the listed losses are the projected losses <b>if</b> the properties sell for the list price? And the losses could actually be greater when realized?
 
Yes, I was wondering how you came up with the figure as well.... are you calculating it selling at list and figuring a 6% Realtard (TM)commission?
