Assuming two homes being the same or similar in size, layout, upgrades and lot size, how much premium would one expect from a Northpark versus Northpark Square house? Basically trying to get a general idea of how much more valuable the Northpark location is versus Northpark Square.
Also is there a general rule in calculating value of a home based on lot size? For example, if there were two homes that were exactly the same in the same neighborhood but one house is on a 7000 sq ft lot and the other is on a 5000 sq ft lot, what would that extra 2000 sq ft lot cost?
