Possible Irvine 3-Car Garage Homes

San Marino is all 2CG.  The garage does feel a bit larger than normal homes though..

There are a few San Marinos with 3 car garages--  they are at the end of cul de sacs on the bigger lots.  I think there are probably less than 10 homes.  Very cool-- they were all sold by the time we saw them unfortunately    :'(

How did they do that? What kind of garage layout is it? Add on to the garage side? The floorplans don't look like they can have 3CWGs.

2cwg + car port. Nice. Could that have been optioned as a casita or den?

So it's an L... and looks more like storage than a garage (although you could probably fit a Smart Car in there).

Hard to tell but is that a Plan 2 or 3?

Still not a 3CWG.
