Portola Springs Future Neighborhoods

Looks like another repeat of the current PS enclave where the apts are now (Silverado side). Super dense. Lots of attached housing. Not a lot of SFRs. Are there any views from any of these homes?  Cressa? Citrine 2?

So no views. Then yea, probably will feel the same as that Silverado enclave. Meh.
