Yup..Plan 3 was sold 3 months back..Plan 1 and 2 were sold recently..

Phase 33 is sold out..857K for model 1 and still selling on the opening day...the market is really hot with less inventory, it seems

I went into the sales office on Sunday and saw that phase 33 from last week is already sold and phase 34 is released now. It looks like Model 1 is going for 865.5k now, up from 857k. 8.5k increase?
