<p>Of the two, I like the Plan 2 better. I've walked both of them and the Plan 1 is on the view-side, but after the KHOV homes are built I'm not sure how much of a view there will be. Also, I didn't really like their choice of upgrades. </p>
 
Has anybody been out to Pacifica San Juan lately? I haven't heard anything in over 6 months. Just curious if anybody knows the latest with sales activity, pricing, what K Hov is up to, etc.
