Do burgers even have legs or breasts?

or does qwerty actually eat chicken too?

i only eat chicken if i absolutely have to, which is not very often. and if i do have to eat it, i prefer it with some sort of lemon pepper marinade.

Costco has a seasoned prime rib bone in that's pretty good.  Price is actually decent at $9.99/lb.  Forgot that we are doing that too!

Be wary of following Costco's recipe on the prime rib, "medium" becomes "well done".

Yeah... that's why we went deep fry over over 5 years ago... fast cook time and that creole butter injection is awesome.

Even put a rub on the outside to give you some crispy, tasty turkey skin.

We still use the propane tank unit and have to be outdoors but I think it's only a 45 minute cook time.

Put the turkey in a turkey bag in the oven, set it, forget it for 4 hours, 14 lb bird done perfectly.  No mess, no clean up.  And you don't really need to stand around watching the oven.

BTW, I hope you mean oil up to temp and not boil.  Oil heated hard at smoke point is bad mojo.

Just as an update...we got a lot of BBQ stuff from S&W and they were awesome.

This is the SW on Jeffrey/Walnut?

No relations... I think we should make a thread about the differences between SW and Sam Woo and the Capitol Seafoods..
Yup.  I am still trying to figure what, if any, relationship it has with Sam Woo.

We call them real Samwoo (Culver one) and fake Samwoo (Jeffrey/Walnut) to distinguish.  Only reason we call the culver one real is we discovered that place long before we found out about the walnut one.

I think they are not related.  Once I was waiting for my take out at walnut SW , another customer was asking why this location serves dim-sum all day and the Culver one does not, the girl in the counter said with an irritated voice and expression that it is not the same company.

Real Samwoo and fake samwoo are exactly how we call them too.
As from what I heard, the fake Samwoo was started by one of the main chef from the real Samwoo  He was somehow not pleased by the management of the real Samwoo, so he left and started his own..

S&W is much better than Sam Woo IMO.  Sam Woo has an excellent take out place but their sitdown places are not good and the Seafood place is way overpriced.

Capital Seafood is probably the best of the three but super expensive.
