OC Register on Lambert Ranch and multigenerational living

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
If wasn't for me you don't even know about the dump and its magnitude next to your future home. I like Turtle Rock, NP, OH and Woodbridge. I think I better cross out Woodbridge due to the Plume. OH will probably get Alturized too so I am ready to cross that off soon.

maybe megan was spamming in the beginning but by the end, she was informative and helpful.  i dont recall exactly but i thought she was always upfront about working for builder but i could be wrong

in any case, many folks here say test is an employee or in some way profitting from VoC.  i say who cares?  personally i dont think he is and that truly believes VoC to be superior to a lot of other parts of tustin/irvine.  more importantly, he shares plenty of info that is very useful.

on same note, one can say IHS is a shill for some non-irvine company.  maybe he is invested in projects outside of irvine?  i have no idea but he is constantly putting down everything in irvine and many folks tolerate and even like his posts

the point is, as long as you are adding to the discussion, you should be welcome here.

I shill for Irvine... just not Irvine prices.

But back on topic... so is multi-generational living on the outs?

Why do homes with a downstairs bed/bath seem to sell better than those that don't? I often times see grandparents strolling the kids around... not just Asian, but other ethnicities too.

the downstairs bedroom/bath isnt just for multi-generational living but it appeals to anyone who has guests often.  not that a guest room cant be upstairs but it has a dual appeal of a guest room and possible future room for older relatives that cant walk up the stairs

We have a downstairs bed/bath combo and have been surprised how convenient and used it gets.  Especially by the kids when the regular downstairs bathroom is occupied.

Yeah right! No relative is allowed to stay in the guest suite regardless of age unless of course the cash down payment came from him or her.
