Doesn't the agent have to pay some upfront fees to list the home? Knowing that it would be a waste of time and money, why would the agent still be willing to do that?It's even more than that, any good agent would not accept a stupid listing price like that and should explain to the seller that doing so is just a waste of time for everyone.

489 SF on 6,000 SF Lot. No view. No historical significance. Should have been a teardown at 1.2m (last sale price) but current owners felt differently.
