Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
If you had a better investment minus capital gains...I guess it would be ok.
But I don't, so I just keep my property empire growing.
I m in the same boat. Every stock trade I tired eventually lost to index fund. Every house I owned and rented out is appreciating really nice.

Redfin already pulled the photos, but you can still see them here:

I believe this is Turtle Rock HOA... old school premium area.

Yup, definitely a premium area and single-story. Seeing homes in Irvine sell for so much over listing is still not as common as in the Bay Area (e.g., Cupertino) but it seems to be happening more often lately here.

I won't be so surprised if it sells at the asking price or 50K more. It's Eastwood...packed with Teslas (and multiple cyber trucks), so someone in the market to buy in this village won't think too much for 200K.
I'm hearing that Teslas are cheap working man's cars... no longer toys of the well off.

It's easier to find single story homes w/yard in Turtle rock. While this might not be a concern today, in 30 years you might have mobility issues.

Woodbury attached condo is going for $2.86 mil.

Condo was sold in Feb for $1.75. Flipped it 2 weeks later for $2.05. Now selling for $2.86. This house is right at the entrance of a major neighborhood which has lots of traffic. This is truly WTF.

I mean they did a great job on the remodel and it's a nice size, but.......absolutely not with that price.

Also...once you factor in that 500+ HOA on top of the price...how is that even likable? Better off getting a detached that costs more with a lower HOA.

$400-$500 HOA for attached condos seems to be the norm, so there's not much you can do about it. Almost $1100/sq ft for an attached condo is crazy.
