Thank you for all your information both public and private... I have looked at various areas and Northpark look like a good option for us, maybe renting first and then buy, the taxes appears "reasonable" schools good but not too competitives, lots of kids, nice community parks, close to future work and tustin air base shopping center (love Whole food..)... Anyone living in Northpark with some feedback would be great.
