New Townhomes in Foothill Ranch from the $400,000s

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Thanks for the feedback. I would like to see their model homes open to public this Saturday. I will keep an eye on how many open guest parking spaces available.

Anybody going today? I got an email, grand opening - enjoy pancake breakfast, longboard ice cream truck. They open at 10 am.

I was there early with Mrs. IR2, where she was registering clients.
Very nice sales and marketing staff, with a couple of people that I recognized from La Vita in OH.
None of us had any pancakes :-(

For the price point, having no MR and a lower association than some other locations, my guess is that this build should find several buyers that are looking to remain close to both North and South OC.

Hello, was thinking of paying these guys a visit soon. Whats the hoa dues looking like?

Welcome to the forums...

They were initially advertising the homes with a starting HOA of $305/month, and anticipate reducing down to approximately $208/month at build-out. I don't know if that's still the case, but you can always call ahead of time to ask.

Hope this helps!

Just saw these models today.  Not sure how well they're selling but there seems to be a lot better options out there at this price point.  Even the $550k and $570k models felt a bit too small in terms of great room size for that price.

Also the tandem garages and the tight California courts don't help.  Location still feels weird, across the street from a car dealer and industrial park.

Industrial park... hmm... I can't think of any near these homes. Do you mean the medical office complex??

I didn't go visit the models, but I can say the same. #priceishigh
