Graduated in the class of 02. Looking to buy my McMansion as soon as the market bottoms. Don't see much of a rush in plunking down 20% just to lose it. Actually thinking about buying an owner occuppied 4-plex in the OC. FHA financing allows for 3.5% down and up to $1MM on an owner occupied complex. I'd probably be a buyer between 7.5-10 cap rate.
