My updated Shady Hollow Plan 2 single-story single story home in Northwood went Active on MLS earlier this morning. The home was built in 1979 and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along about 1,5,07sf of living space with a 4,850sf lot and has No HOA and No Mello Roos. The home is listed for $1,490,000.

PM or email me if you are interested in seeing it. I will be hosting open houses this coming weekend on Saturday, May 4th and Sunday, May 5th from 12-5pm.

If you guys are in the area, come by and say hello. :)

Is it usual practice to take down most of the pictures for closed listings?

I have seen this more recently and I think it was discussed elsewhere and wasn't sure if this was is the buyer's request or something realtors are just doing now on closed sales.

I also noticed this! In the past, it seemed to trend more in upscale parts of LA when I would see homes are sold or pending or other parts of the state like the Bay Area. I don't recall this being common in Orange County until very recently.

Great question. It depends on the listing agent but I only take the pictures down if either the buyer or seller asks me to take the pictures down. In the case of Williams, the buyer agent asked me if I could take the pictures down before I change the listing to Closed status on MLS because once it's changed to Closed no changes can be made to the listing.

I am seeing it more and more in Orange County.
