I'm a bit curious myself how the buyers will respond.  The counters were so close the Seller didn't know who to pick (both came in over list price).  The deadline for the response is Sunday at 5pm.

As a buyer, I would be pissed about this situation.  A counter to a "best and final" offer?  Oh man.. Guess it's good for the seller.  Were the other aspects of the 2 buyers that close as well (ie. down payment %, income, contingency, etc?)

Both offers had financing with sizable downpayments and basically similar terms.  That being said, this afternoon the seller has selected the buyer and we have opened escrow today.

Congrats.  How much more movement was there with the counter?  Do buyers usually do a few hundred or a few thousand in these situations?

Both buyers came up around 1% on their counters. 
 
Got word from escrow that the loan has funded and we are set to close/record today.  The sales price will be $510,000.00.  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
