How do you know if you're selecting a good agent?  I've never had to sell a house so I'm curious in case I have decide to sell one.

You can ask your friends, family, and/or co-workers if they know any good agents.  Interview a few realtors and select the one that you feel the most comfortable with and who will go to battle for you.  You also want to ask for previous seller references as well as previous sales history.  A good agent let's their previous success speak for them and that's why I like to post my listings on TI so people can see me in action and the results. ;)

Escrow closed earlier today.  The sales price was $625,000 which came from a cash buyer (they had the same offer as another financed buyer).  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
