You need to include the garage in those Matterport renderings. Looks like a 2-car but inside it's wider.

Needs quite a bit of updating so the $1.4m+ tag is high for me but... Irvine Pain.

I think that's how they do it, I've never seen a garage Matterport. But I can ask my photography company.

It's a blank slate to do whatever a buyer wants to do. The nice thing is that no neighbor is looking into the yard.

Good question. My title records on MLS only go back to the sale for $222,000 in June 1994.

Honestly the fact it needs updating is actually good. The future owner can pick out the upgrades and design it themselves. Not to mention this home has a driveway where as some homes in Irvine are not even SFH, has no driveway, has MR, and cost 2M+.

After a few counters with a buyer over the weekend, the deposit came in yesterday and escrow has been opened on Monday.

Got word just now from escrow that the transaction has officially closed. The sales price was $1,450,000. Congrats to both the buyer and seller.

Of course, it's been a busy time clearing out the listing that I've had and especially with coordinating repairs as many of the buyers wanted the repairs done before closing. I'll post up an update for Irvine through September in the coming week as one has been long overdue.

There is a pool/spa facility just up the street from the home on The Mall

I'm glad people are starting to see that the Walnut area of Irvine has some good neighborhoods. Convenient to get places too via street or freeway.
