doesn't sound like concrete is "full strength" at 28 days, it was just an arbitrary time period to measure concrete strength. i know nothing about concrete. just reading what you linked.</blockquote>
Thanks you the clarification. Not full strength but established enough for construction abuse in 28 days. Forced hydration due to hot climate not only weaken the property of concrete strength but to immediately exert tension to encased anchor bolts may compromise the concrete slab. In the past production homes encountered many foundation and settlement issues. In todays economy out of work lawyers love this type of potential foundation problem.
