Rich people problems.  You should keep that smell bottled up in your house as long as possible for maximum ROI.

If you sell your place in 2 years and buyers still say ?smells like new?, you can demand extra $ per sq ft.

I rarely use my office and when I go in there it still has new house smell.

Just have your dog or cat take a piss on the new carpet. It will give you a nice lived in smell
