New home in Woodbury for sale

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I noticed this house last week on redfin.  All the pictures are awful.  Even if there's renters in it, you'd think people who can afford over $4k per month in rent would have some sense of cleanliness.  Do people really live like this!?

Ive seen worse.

Maybe the renters don't want the owners to sell.

That's the hard part about selling a property with renters in it, you can't stage it properly. I remember a few homes we looked at that had renters and it was like they purposely made it look messy so we wouldn't want to buy (laundry on the stair rails, dirty dishes/pots in the kitchen, etc etc.

I've seen the same with my rental.  I just asked the renter if I could move his things around and then move it back after the pictures were taken.  No issues.  Spent an extra 30 minutes to "organize" the place a little.
