Maybe Tustin isn't as strict as Irvine when it comes to landscaping... or maybe test can get qwerter a pass.

the toxicity is definitely worse at the great park, superfund site > regular toxic site  :)

the landscaping just comes down to how good/bad the HOA is. the city isnt involved from what i can tell. im sure the HOAs have to conform to any city policies but im guessing they are pretty similar.
