SFH not SFR. TIC knows their legal limits... they can't use the SFR classification for a detached condo.
 
Fixed it. world chaos has convinced me while legally they are not SFRs in California, it is really SFR after all. especially foreigners are not familiar with this term. Driveway is probably more foreign to them than English.

Then when you click on the 'Find Single-Family Homes' link... it will take you to a page that lists detached condo projects like Primrose, Sage, Sienna etc.

Evidently, SFRs are now classified by TIC as "Luxury Homes" because if you click on that link, it will take you to Maricopa, San Marino, Cortona etc.
