Moving to Irvine....Ranch Area within El Camino Real?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
$680k can get you a brand new, award winning "SFH" with the "best schools" and "minutes to the beach and shopping" inside Irvine's only "Coastal Canyon Village".

I am talking about San Remo Plan 1 in Laguna Altura, right around 1800 sqft.

SFH not SFR. TIC knows their legal limits... they can't use the SFR classification for a detached condo.

Fixed it. world chaos has convinced me while legally they are not SFRs in California, it is really SFR after all. especially foreigners are not familiar with this term. Driveway is probably more foreign to them than English.

TIC does.

TIC said:
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES
The Villages of Irvine provides a variety of single-family residences that meet home shoppers wants and needs, whether purchasing for the first time or searching for one?s dream home. The single-family home is based upon being detached and usually has a front and back yard, driveway, and attached carport or garage. The free-standing home is structurally separated from its neighbors, making it distinctively different from such dwellings as duplexes, townhouses, and/or condominiums.

Then when you click on the 'Find Single-Family Homes' link... it will take you to a page that lists detached condo projects like Primrose, Sage, Sienna etc.

Evidently, SFRs are now classified by TIC as "Luxury Homes" because if you click on that link, it will take you to Maricopa, San Marino, Cortona etc.
