in Orange County, besides the beach cities, home prices are directly proportional to % of Asian population. So white flight in Irvine is a good thing.

You would think if they bought it for 90,000 in 2009, the property taxes wouldn't have gone up and the assessed value wouldn't have gone from  $1,796,220 in 2009 to $1,788,000 in 2010.
