L lnc Well-known member Mar 31, 2019 #123 Well, unlike most of IP's X models, Magnolia plan 3X is actually just reverse version of plan 3. Exact same floor plan, size, etc. but just reverse. Magnolia has that 4 unit deep "California Court" home with plan 1 & 2 at front and plan 3 & 3X at rear.
