The lack of humidity. Californians hate humidity.

Panda said:The proximity of Texas makes a lot of sense. How many of you have actually visited north Atlanta ( alpharetta, johns creek, and Suwannee) or north Dallas ( Plano, flower mound ).
One of the advantages of living in Georgia is that we Are immune to any natural disaster here. Florida has hurricanes, Texas has tornadoes, and California has the earthquakes. Dallas and Denver experienced two of the highest appreciation in 2015. One large factor that contributed to this were Californians relocating to Dallas and Denver.
I just don't think californians have discovered the benefits Georgia has to offer. I speaking from after having lived in west la, Orange County, Bay Area, and now here in north Atlanta.

For those of you bashing Atlanta on humidity, have you even visited?
http://www.vox.com/2016/3/25/11301758/georgia-lgbtq-religious-freedomOn the heels of North Carolina passing its own sweeping anti-LGBTQ law, Georgia is facing increasing scrutiny for a religious freedom measure ? one that critics argue could allow the same kind of discrimination as North Carolina's law.
The bill was recently passed by the legislature. But as it awaits a signature or veto from Gov. Nathan Deal, it's already facing intense criticism and backlash. (It's unclear what Deal will do.)
Recently, Disney and Marvel threatened to stop film production in Georgia (the state has become a hot spot for filming) if Deal signs the bill into law. Various other companies ? including Apple, Dell, Time Warner, Comcast, Sony Pictures, Lions Gate, and Starz ? urged the governor to veto the bill.
