DJ should be razed and redone legally.

Same goes for the District. The parking nightmare a both DJ and the District is ridiculous.

Yeah, I avoid both if at all possible.

Irvine company is smart.  They intentionally made DJ and District traffic and parking horrible to give a visual indication that the plazas are "happening".  It's the same thing as any nightclub.  You make people wait a horribly super long line (think the hottest vegas night clubs)...and when people see that from the outside, they think it's the shit and they want a piece of it.

I don't believe either of those centers have any affiliation with the Irvine Company.  Irvine Company would never associated themselves with centers which were so poorly designed.

One thing nice I have to say about Irvine company retail business divison, is that I am quite impressed with the design and layout of the retail centers.

Don't ask how I know this, but typically, if the parking lot has green lines for parking spaces, it's owned by Irvine company  8)

I must be the wrong demographic. When I see long lines/traffic at DJ it makes me want to keep driving to the next mall.
