Ok, that is it, now I have to make a couple of Tortilla de Patatas tonight.



Does anyone have a good Patata Bravas sauce recipe?

No my mom never made croquetas so I don't know how. I think that's a regional thing maybe or my mom doesn't like them - who knows. I've bought the La Victoria "salsa brava" before and used it on patatas bravas. Not perfect but close enough and so convenient.
