Hello everyone. QHSurfer is the second id that i created to receive unbaised feedback on some of my personal financial decisions I am trying to make this year. Loan modifciation and borrowing against the equity of my primary residence are real scenarios. I did not use Panda as this avitar so that i can get an unbaised opinion, as i try to play a goofy role on the IHB. It was not meant deceive anyone or harm anyone. I apologize to all of you. At a personal level, I feel that Graphix has been trying to burn me for some time. Today will be my last day on the IHB.

Not being sarcastic here... but let's just consider that this person may have some emotional or mental health issues. (And I mean that in the nicest way possible.) What negative impact could they experience by being publicly embarrassed and hated on? We are reading more and more these days about people being pushed over the edge and harming themselves. I don't want to contribute to what I suspect is already a compromised state of mind. They know the game is over so let's just let it go, I say.



Edit: My clicking of the submit button resulted in terrible timing. However, my opinion remains.

There you go...it's out. I don't have clever detective skills...I found out through conventional means.
 
Actually, I did have it down to him until I saw he responded to his own thread (QHsurfer) under the name Panda and then I ruled him out. Trickery! :)

That's the part that really bugged me. Responding to your own thread? Seriously? That's also how we easily saw the IPs match up.



Graph knew as soon as he ran a search on QHSurfer's IP address (because that poster seemed not quite right) and the location was Chicago. You should have seen the look on his face...



Also, don't choose to play a "goofy" role and then be upset when you are the object of ridicule.

I don't get it. You are unique that way...or are you? All you did was create doubt in people. That was re-inforced by indicating that you play a goofy role on the IHB. So even the unique you isn't real. We don't know who you really are anymore. Throw in the fact that you ask million of questions and some on a very personal level and you definately come across as a creep.



Kinda like I know about you, but you don't know about me since everything you do know is fake. I have a very low tolerance for dishonesty, for many reasons due to my past. I will trust everybody though (with caution) right off the bat. However, if I sense even an ounce of dishonesty...you are nothing to me and I'll wash my hands clean.
