Here are some thoughts...
Likes:
- Good floor plans and pretty good use of space
- They did a good job on the staging
- California Room but call it what it is...a covered patio
Dislikes:
- Motorcourts
- The lots sizes are way too small (especially for Sonoma and Carmel)
- All-in pricing with Mello Roos and HOA is too high
- location of some of the tracts is "iffy"
