Larkspur at Beacon Park

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
And nextgen is back. None of these Lennar homes sound that compelling.  Where's the info on the large Stanpac homes on the huge lots? 8)

Quick glance of the floorplans:

Plan 1: skip

Plan 2: no loft upstairs, any other options for the garage storage or master bedroom 2?  don't really care for either of those

Plan 3:  no loft upstairs, no high ceiling entrance (c'mon you're over 3000 sq ft!)

Plans 2 and 3 better have 10 ft 1st floor ceilings or else it will feel cramped.  Skipworthy on opening day, don't bother.

I think Plan 1 will sell well.  Great room is a good size but secondary bathrooms are tiny.  It's nice having a door to the back yard from the master bedroom.  You could put a little outdoor covered sitting area right there and make it nice.

If you could get a plan 1 on Tinker with a good size lot (2 topmost) and no rear neighbors that would be ideal.

Hmm. I'm not so sure.  That Plan 1 is basically a bigger version of their Beachwood Plan 1 which sucked and didn't sell well.  Yes, the great room is better (L shape and bigger) and there is an extra bedroom/bath but the secondary bedrooms are all in a row with shared walls.  The floorpan feels super cramped.  I appreciate a single story home but not like that.
