Landscaping for a Woodbury SFR

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Typically the fairly standard pavers start at $7/sf, also this would probably need to be a larger area, like say 500 plus sf.  The pattern can't be too too detailed either, so perhaps an ashler pattern paver or a brick pattern.  The more angles and edges the more time and waste there is and the cost goes up.  Also, if the paver had to be cut then the cost goes up.  For example, a herringbone pattern may require a lot of cutting and have some waste, so this may add $1/sf.  $10/sf will get you a slightly upgrade paver, perhaps with a more detailed pattern.  Also, the color of the paver adds cost as well, some color mixes and finishes of the paver cost additional, such as tumbled pavers.

Good afternoon everyone, I just received a little updated information on some modern paver pricing through Stepstone Inc. that I thought I would share as I had a few questions about this last week.  According to stepstone, their 4x18 modular pavers cost about $9/sf, which is a lot more than I had originally believed.  This is a very nice product though and worth the money in my opinion.  Total install costs for this paver might be around $16 - $17/sf.  The 12x24" stepstone paver is a bit less expensive, closer to the $6/sf range and according to Jeffrey Peterson Landscaping, www.jeffreypetersonlandscape.com , the install cost is $13/sf.  Personally, I would much prefer this product over a slate product which will cost $15-$18/sf. Hope that helps anyone interested in modern style pavers.
