This is TalkIrvine where bickering over trivial shit is all we do. Which $1m house is best? Which entry way has the best feng shui? What community has the fewest ghosts? What kids are allowed in which hoa playground. Who is the shill in the $3m home thread...

It's all trivial first world problems!
