Still out of my price range, added a 3rd garage (entry seems awkward?), wok burner in walk in pantry (interesting I wonder how this will work with ventilation, gas line), a mud room, and a bigger master bedroom downstairs.. what's next?  a mahjong room?

So now grandma can have the master bedroom downstairs and wok inside the house instead of going out into the yard to wok...

You ain't seen nothing yet. One of the most popular design center upgrades is to add an extra outlet in the master bathroom toilet. Care to guess what's that for?

They actually have an area for a "Wok Burner"?

TIC you clever marketer, you.

My wife and I toured some models in Walnut a few months back that included the wok room located behind the kitchen.
Can?t remember if it came standard or as an upgrade.
It seems like this feature is catching on.

aquarium?

It's just funny, and sort of embarrassing at the same time. I'm waiting for the Kung Fu Studio upgrade for the California Room, and the optional happy ending massage parlor room (takes the place of the downstairs bedroom). The livestock shed should be an upcoming upgrade as well.

Off the Pomona freeway, Grand Ave. exit going north away from Diamond Bar.
There were a number of models all of them had large floorplans.
I remember looking at the price sheet and didn?t see anything under $1.25M some were as high as $1.45M or around there.

It listed Rowland High School not Walnut HS
I remember only because my wife said the opposite Walnut HS much more desirable than Rowland.

Thank God. What took them so long? This would actually entice me to buy a home. I've never had one but am intent on getting a fancy Japanese bidet. I have consulted my remodeling team about it already. They would have to run a dedicated circuit through my wall, down to the first floor, through the garage and out to the box just for the bidet. The guy said EVERYONE is doing them around here. I was surprised about that. He says just about every remodel he does around south O.C., the owner replaces their toilet with this type of commode. Yes, I am spoiled sometimes. I just don't think the separate unit add-onseat will do. I want the whole unit as one piece, replacing the bowl and tank - everything. It's just such a pain, I don't know if I'll go through with it. Then again, I'm surprised I've managed to live this long without one. This should be the standard commode in American homes. It's kind of gross that we don't see them here in the states more often. What are we - a third world country? Ick.
