Is there a FB/FF Real Estate Story Behind the Montage Shooting?

brealiving - You are correct it is easy to hide the real identity and my searches are limited to what isn't hidden. I will say this I have found info on some of grandpa Oliver's properties. The estate is worth more than the $1mil that the family is saying it is worth even after it is divided up. What I am finding difficult to find is grandpa Oliver's company or anything else related to him. If I had more time I would do more. As for Pacific Legacy they have their hands in things before anyone else. For fun I will see what I can dig up on them. I may be wrong but there was a transaction that I was watching a while back that was very strange that involved them. I will also update you on the YL properties.

brealiving - I have info on Pacific Legacy RE http://pacificlegacyre.com/ . Looks like they buy properties at foreclosure auctions and probate sales. Here is the link to the DRE license: http://www2.dre.ca.gov/PublicASP/pplinfo.asp?License_id=01161865 They have about 33 properties right now. Depending on how much money they had to put into the properties they have sold in the past their profit margin isn't that great but still a profit. They do not seem shady and have been around since 98. Since I live in VP where they live and work I will see if I can find out some more info.

I do remember now how I originally stumbled on them. They bought a place in VP that should have been condemned for well below market value on the land value. Even in today's market because the lot is an acre. They bought it due to a death in the family and the daughter just sold it to them as fast as she could. The structure on the land if I can call it a structure would have fallen apart if you sneezed near it.
