what a stupid comment. If you dont have anything better to say, just be quiet. Stay the fuck out of my thread.</blockquote>

Haha, I thought IR's comment was funny. If you don't want stupid comments, don't ask stupid ass questions. Do your own DD and check out realtor.com instead of asking others to do your work, lazyass.

My problem is with the way you responded to IR's comment. I don't know him personally, but there are better ways of saying things. Actually, I should apologize (dwei bu chi) because it's obvious engrish is not your first language, and maybe you didn't mean to come off that way; and it's possible the topic title was a question about projected condo prices, not current.

The answer would be "no". At least, not in the newer developments. For 200k; yes, you can probably find a condo in Irvine. But it's the type that doesn't have direct parking. The units are smaller and you'll not only have neighbors on the sides but also on the top or bottom floors. The overall designs are not too pleasing. Lastly, it won't be 1500 sq. ft. though. I hope that helps.

White flags were what I was waving in my previous post. You really need to control your

trash talking because you can really hurt people's feelings on this blog. I know because I

suck hiding my emotions.

My true feelings for you I cannot express because its obvious I have too much time to

dick around on this blog. What I'm saying is that you should read the first word of each sentence carefully.
