I believe in having different opinions and voices so that the forum will not be so bland.

On the hands when voices in a condescending manners and belittle other members that call Online-Bullying. And no matter if its in school, at work, in public offices. Its call bullying. And people smart enough to see it. There is something for everyone in every market, otherwise we would be wearing the same clothes and drives the same cars,eat the same foods, don't you think?

Too, often being politically correct is impractical. Understand to use your sword at the right time is imperative.

Sometimes it's not wise to make politically incorrect statements when you are easily identifable by the place of employment and your employer must maintain a certain level of fakeness (none of this Whitehouse stuff where you're allowed to publicly say what you really think)

-EW and OH are nice investment neighborhoods
-GP (as 'Happiness' also agrees) has too much drama going on which concerns me more than a bit to be a homeowner/investor
-PS is the best bang for your buck.
-Altair gets my respect. Gated, elevated, airfare and accommodations paid for, and Wolf appliances thrown in.  ;D
-Traffic and parking is terrible already, why make it worse?
-Homeless people isn't just ghetto people shooting up drugs. It's also anyone who missed 3 mortgage payments due to jobloss and suddenly becomes evicted from their home, living on the street. We should provide assistance and what "magnificent" neighborhood to do so other than the almighty "Great Park" ?


And suddenly... just like that... people are easily insulted? 

Little bit off topic, but how do you like Quail Hills?
Would you buy a condo there or buy a SFR in Tustin Ranch or Baker Ranch?
