don't know who has more info on it, but doesn't look to be anytime soon

But there's construction on the 133, positive that there will be onramp/offramp at trabuco/great park to the 133, so it'll alleviate sand canyon a little bit, increase traffic on the free portion of 133

I thought when this last prop up there's a hold on the free onramp/offramp. but it would make more sense now since that's the entrance to the great park now. would love it so i can skip paying the $$ just to get to irvine blvd to get back home to PP.
I'm not surprise the thing passed given 5P has their preferred council now after recent election, but it is interesting that no one bothered to show up to speak up against it.

iacrenter said:WTF? The city thinks there will be no significant impact to surrounding traffic.
"City staff determined that the construction and operation of the amphitheater would not have much impact on area traffic, noise, light and glare. However, Mayor Pro Tem Lynn Schott said she is worried about added traffic in the area, especially when sporting and other events coincide with the concerts."

This is what was proposed in 2008 (to be completed in 2025), but as I understood, funding was killed.

If this gets me a free NorthBound exit onto Great Park Blvd from the 133, I'm all for it.
Great Info. Do we know if Great Park Blvd ramp would be free?AW said:aquabliss said:Is the 133 Great Park Blvd exit only for SouthBound traffic, or NorthBound as well?

For both it seems, if it does go through.
Man.. i hate that irvine quick records site, but from what I can tell, here's what it'll look like:http://legacy.cityofirvine.org/civica/filebank/blobdload.asp?BlobID=20555
(Figure 5.12-9), it'll have on/off ramp to Great Park Blvd, also shows that Portola Pkwy will go to Foothill Ranch, Jeffrey going past the landfill and toll, Marine way to rockfield...
